Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director – Digital to expand Paze's acceptance across digital commerce and agentic-commerce. You will lead priority partnerships with big tech, AI companies, and digital partners, shaping strategy, negotiating terms, and launching collaborations that drive growth.

This role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Sales to deliver commercially compelling solutions, manage a multi-stakeholder deal lifecycle, and monitor market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or consulting.
• 4+ years with big tech, fintech, and/or AI companies in financial services or payments.
• Experience managing complex strategic accounts or business development opportunities.
• Executive communication skills with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops trusted relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers at digital partners.
• Owns priority strategic partnership opportunities through the deal lifecycle.
• Identifies, launches, and grows strategic partnerships expanding digital acceptance.
• Develops partnership and account plans with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Coordinates multi-party opportunities across issuers, networks, and partners to align capabilities and risks.
