Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director - Digital to develop and manage high-impact partnerships with big tech and AI leaders. You will align digital commerce capabilities, networks, and issuers with internal teams to expand Paze acceptance and drive adoption.

You will lead deal strategy, negotiate opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value in digital and agentic commerce. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 12+ years in partnership management, business development, or related roles.
• 4+ years with big tech, fintech, or AI firms on payments products.
• Experience managing complex strategic accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build senior-level relationships and influence decisions.
• Consultative, conceptual and strategic selling skills.
• Executive communication and presentation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develops trusted, influential relationships with senior leaders at big tech and AI firms.
• Owns priority partnership opportunities through deal lifecycle from inception to launch.
• Drive performance against partnership objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate multiparty opportunities across internal teams and external partners.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Finance, Marketing to craft solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategy to strengthen market position.
