Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Deltek Practice Director to manage client relationships and oversee staff from Associates to Senior Managers. You will lead Deltek Costpoint implementations and related integrations for clients in government contracting and nonprofit sectors.

Key responsibilities include project leadership, policy development, and business development to grow the practice. Strong accounting, ERP, and regulatory knowledge are essential; CPA/CMA/PMP are preferred with experience guiding teams.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience including accounting & system-focused knowledge.
• Familiarity with ERP & technology implementation best practices.
• Prior experience with Government contracting, nonprofit, and other highly regulated industries; preferred and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Architects & leads implementations for Deltek Costpoint and other core offerings.
• Manages various technology integrations through project management.
• Reviews and develops policies and procedures related to accounting, contracts, and pricing for client initiatives.
