BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director who will maintain client relationships and provide Deltek Costpoint consulting, ancillary systems, and integrations. You will oversee staff from Associates to Senior Managers and help implement Deltek suites for clients in regulated industries.

This role emphasizes project leadership, compliance interpretation, and business development activities to grow the practice, with a focus on delivering value to government contracting and nonprofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field; required
• Advanced degree, preferred

Responsabilités

• Architects and leads implementations for Deltek Costpoint and core offerings.
• Manages technology integrations and project management with Deltek knowledge.
• Manages project phases with clients to achieve project objectives.
• Oversees implementation engagements for core Deltek offerings.
• Interprets compliance related to Deltek and other technology.
• Reviews policies on accounting, contracts and pricing for client initiatives.
• Drives growth of the practice through client expansion and process improvements.
• Trains staff and provides guidance as a Career Advisor.
