Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to maintain client relationships and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations for government contracting and nonprofit clients. The role oversees staff from Associates to Senior Managers and ensures project success within the BDO framework.

The position requires extensive experience with ERP implementations, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of relevant experience including accounting and system-focused knowledge.
• Familiarly with ERP and technology implementation best practices.
• Prior experience with government contracting, nonprofit, and other regulated industries.
• History of managing people, projects, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations and other core offerings.
• Manage technology integrations through project management with Deltek knowledge.
• Collaborate with clients to accomplish project objectives using the BDO framework.
• Oversee engagements for core Deltek offerings and ensure delivery.
• Interpret compliance related to Deltek and other technologies for clients.
• Support business development and client relationship building to secure new work.
