Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to maintain client relationships and provide expert guidance in Deltek Costpoint implementations for government contracting and nonprofit sectors.

You will lead a team from Associates to Senior Managers, manage complex ERP integrations, ensure compliance, and drive business development through client expansion and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Architects and leads Deltek Costpoint implementations.
• Manages technology integrations via project management.
• Guides projects with clients to meet objectives using BDO framework.
• Oversees implementation engagements for core offerings.
• Interprets compliance related to Deltek and other tech.
• Reviews policies on contracts, pricing to win new work.
• Drives growth of the practice through client expansion.
• Other duties as required.
