Job summary

BDO USA seeks an ISS Deltek Practice Director to maintain client relationships, guide Deltek Costpoint implementations, and oversee staff from Associates to Senior Managers. The role covers government contracting and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on delivering effective technology solutions and compliant processes.

The position requires extensive ERP implementation experience, leadership capability, and a drive to expand the practice through client development and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ of relevant accounting and system-focused experience.
• Experience with ERP/technology implementations and regulated industries.
• Proven track record in people, project, and process management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations and related offerings.
• Oversee integrations and project management across engagements.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, non-profit, and other regulations as related to Deltek.
• Develop policies for contracts, pricing, and client initiatives.
• Grow the practice through client expansion and process improvement.
