Job summary

BDO USA seeks an ISS Deltek Practice Director to maintain client relationships and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations for government contracting and nonprofit clients. The role oversees staff from Associates to Senior Managers and guides projects end-to-end.

The position emphasizes accounting and ERP expertise within a regulated environment, policy development, and business development activities to expand service offerings.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience including accounting and system-focused knowledge.
• Familiarity with ERP and technology implementation best practices.
• Experience with government contracting, nonprofit, and other regulated industries; preferred and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Architects and leads implementations for Deltek Costpoint and other core offerings.
• Manages technology integrations through project management with Deltek knowledge when required.
• Drives projects per the BDO framework and collaborates with clients to meet objectives.
• Oversees project management of implementation engagements for core Deltek offerings.
• Interprets compliance for Federal, non-profit, and related sectors as it relates to Deltek and other technology.
• Develops policies and procedures related to accounting, contracts, and pricing for client initiatives to secure new business.
• Demonstrates initiative to grow the practice through client expansion and process improvements.
