Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to maintain client relationships, oversee Deltek Costpoint implementations, and lead staff from Associates to Senior Managers. This role focuses on regulated industries like government contracting and nonprofit, ensuring successful delivery and compliance.

The position requires a strong background in accounting, ERP deployments, and team leadership, with extensive experience in Deltek and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience including accounting & system-focused knowledge.
• ERP/technology implementation best practices.
• Experience with Government contracting and nonprofit sectors.
• History of managing people, projects, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations.
• Manage technology integrations and project scope.
• Oversee project phases and work with clients to meet objectives.
• PM of implementations for core Deltek offerings.
• Interpret compliance requirements (FAR/CAS, etc.) for Deltek solutions.
• Develop policies and procedures related to contracts and pricing; support BD.
• Grow practice through client expansion and process improvements.
• Other duties as required.
