Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of relevant accounting and system-focused experience.
• Familiarity with ERP and technology implementation best practices is required.
• Experience with government contracting, nonprofit, and other highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Proven history of managing people, projects, and process improvement is required.
• Licenses/certifications such as CPA, CMA, or PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead implementations for Deltek Costpoint and core offerings.
• Manage integrations and project management for technology implementations.
• Directly engage with clients to achieve project objectives within the BDO framework.
• Oversee multiple engagements and ensure alignment with client and firm policies.
• Mentor staff and contribute to business development through client relationships.
