Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director in Deal Management to lead operational projects across sectors and drive value through pre- and post-deal activities. You will execute strategies and coordinate teams to deliver robust integration and carve-out plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or analytics-related field and 5+ years of related work experience; MBA preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational projects across multiple sectors.
• Develop and execute strategies for transactions, including pre- and post-deal activities.
• Provide commercial insights and drive value in mergers, acquisitions, integrations or carve-outs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and internal teams.
