Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Houston, TX is seeking a Director in Deal Management to lead operational projects across sectors and support client teams in executing transaction strategies. The role covers pre-deal and post-deal engagements with an emphasis on integration planning and value realization.

You will leverage a strong consulting background to analyze complex data, drive informed decisions, and build lasting client relationships while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 5 years' related work experience, or a graduate degree with ~3 years.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
• Ability to lead and manage in complex business environments and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute operational projects across sectors as a Director in Deal Management.
• Support client service teams in developing and executing transaction strategies.
