Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York seeks a Director in Deal Management to lead and execute operational projects across multiple sectors. You’ll support client service teams in developing and executing transactions, including pre-deal and post-deal initiatives, with a focus on value creation and risk mitigation.

The role requires significant management consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage complex integrations or divestitures while building lasting client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in specified fields and 5 years related work experience; or a graduate degree with approx. 3 years.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to assess technology, operations or manufacturing infrastructure.
• Ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long‑lasting relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
