Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Director of Deal Management to lead operational projects across diverse sectors, supporting pre- and post-deal strategies and client service teams. You’ll shape integrations and carve-outs with a commercial mindset and strong analytical skills.

You will collaborate with CEOs, Boards and Private Equity, travel as needed, and contribute to a high-performing, hybrid-work environment, within EY-Parthenon’s Deal Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics.
• MBA is preferred for advanced roles.
• 5+ years of related consulting experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational projects across multiple sectors for transactions.
• Support client service teams with strategies for pre- and post-deal activities.
• Develop experience across engagements including integration planning and tracking.
• Drive value through commercial thinking and relationship management.
