Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director in Deal Management to lead operational projects across multiple industry sectors. You will support client service teams, drive strategies for transactions, and gain exposure to pre-deal and post-deal activities including integration and tracking.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, leadership in complex environments, and the ability to travel as needed. A strong track record in mergers and acquisitions within a top firm is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics plus 5 years of related work experience; MBA preferred with ~3 years experience.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to lead and manage in complex business environments.
• Ability to assess technology, operations or manufacturing infrastructure in detail.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt to new challenges quickly.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute operational projects across all sectors for Deal Management.
• Support client service teams in developing and executing transaction strategies.
• Develop experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including integration planning and tracking.
• Contribute to business development and overall practice growth.
