EY-Parthenon seeks a Director in Deal Management to lead and execute operationally focused transactions across various sectors. You will manage projects from pre-deal through post-deal integration, partnering with client teams to drive value.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience; an MBA is preferred. EY offers a hybrid model, strong compensation, and broad career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 5 years related work experience; or graduate degree with ~3 years experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational-focused transactions across sectors.
• Develop and execute pre-deal and post-deal integration plans.
• Support client service teams with strategies for transactions and value realization.
