Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Director in Deal Management to lead operational projects across sectors and support client service teams on transactions from pre-deal planning to post-deal integration.

You will develop experience across engagements, manage complex programs, and leverage a commercial mindset to drive value for our clients while collaborating with senior leaders. A hybrid, client-facing role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience leading complex integrations, divestitures or carve-outs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational-focused projects across sectors within Deal Management.
• Support client service teams in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Develop experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including integration planning.
