Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Deal Management practice seeks a Director to lead operational-focused projects across transactions for a diverse client base in the United States. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage pre-deal and post-deal engagements, and drive value through integration planning and risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates bring significant management consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics plus 5 years of related work experience, or graduate degree with ~3 years of experience.
• MBA is preferred for advanced roles.
• Significant management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage deals and operational-focused projects across sectors.
• Support client service teams in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Develop experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements including integration planning.
