Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Director in Deal Management to lead and execute operational projects across diverse sectors, supporting client service teams in strategy development for transactions. You will gain exposure to pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including integration planning and value realization, leveraging strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics plus 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~3 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
