Job summary

Planet Green Holdings seeks a Director of Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Cybersecurity / DLP to lead post-sale cybersecurity strategy from Chicago, IL. This role blends executive storytelling with hands-on DLP policy tuning, customer health analytics, and roadmap influence across a global enterprise.

You'll drive onboarding, survive high-pressure incidents, and mentor a team to convert customer success into long-term seven-figure deployments while collaborating with Engineering

Qualifications

• Fluent regex, ML classification, and behavioral analytics required.
• Ability to debug policy false-positives while briefing a CISO.
• Strong understanding of DLP AI platforms and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Master the DLP AI Engine and reduce policy false-positives.
• Orchestrate onboarding sequences to deploy DLP AI within 30 days.
• Lead customer cyber health with real-time signals to predict and prevent churn.
• Capture frontline feedback for zero-day DLP defenses and roadmap input.
• Scale a cyber success team and mentor staff for high-impact outcomes.
• Coordinate incident-style triage with Engineering to address gaps.
