Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Director of Customer Success Content to elevate content across CS, PS and Orchestrators, translating complex AI initiatives into customer- and field-facing materials. You will craft web copy, blogs and branded decks, collaborating with SMEs and leaders to ensure accuracy and impact.

The role requires a senior, hands-on content creator who can produce executive-ready content quickly, support Gartner submissions, and drive campaigns that raise awareness and adoption of CS/PS

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B content marketing or integrated marketing.
• Ability to translate complex AI/services concepts for exec/analyst audiences.
• Proven track record turning SME input into on-brand content quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create web copy, blogs, presentations and branded slides for CS/PS and Orchestrators.
• Turn technical and AI initiatives into clear narratives for executives and customers.
• Develop proof points, briefs and briefs for freelance creatives as needed.
• Support campaigns and amplify priority content across channels and events.
• Elevate customer stories and testimonials to showcase value.
