You translate complex technology and AI into compelling narratives for executives, analysts and customers, collaborating across teams to deliver a unified content engine.

In this senior IC role you craft blogs, thought leadership, presentations and campaigns, build catalogs and pitch decks, and guide freelance writers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B content marketing or integrated marketing.
• Ability to translate complex AI and technology concepts into clear narratives for executives, analysts and customers.
• Experience creating content across blogs, web copy, decks and branded materials.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain CS/PS web copy and catalogs.
• Create and maintain pitch decks for Gartner MQ submissions and Sales enablement decks.
• Develop content for campaigns, channels and events to raise awareness of CS/PS initiatives.
• Develop customer stories and testimonials to highlight client success.
