Genesys is seeking a Director of Customer Success Content to elevate the visibility of CS, PS and Orchestrators and to build the content and marketing engine that supports those teams. This senior individual-contributor role translates SME input into on-brand content, from blogs and web copy to executive and analyst materials, at speed and with precision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B content/marketing within enterprise technology or SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex technology for executive, analyst and customer audiences.
• Strong writing, interviewing and storytelling skills; capable of shaping SMEs input into content.
• Experience building on-brand content across multiple formats and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create content across web copy, blogs, thought leadership, presentations and decks.
• Translate AI and services initiatives into clear narratives for exec, analyst and customer audiences.
• Create briefs and direct freelance writers, designers and other creatives as needed.
• Partner with CS/PS to activate content across campaigns, channels, events and programs.
• Develop content catalogs, pitch decks and web pages that support CS, PS and Orchestrators.
• Elevate customer stories and testimonials to showcase value.
