Genesys seeks a Director of Customer Success Content to lead the content and marketing engine for Customer Success, Professional Services and Orchestrators. This senior IC will craft blogs, web copy, executive/analyst materials and branded slides, turning SME input into accurate, on-brand content rapidly.

The role blends content creation with strategic guidance, developing proof-points, testimonials and assets to enable CS and PS initiatives, campaigns and Gartner submissions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B content marketing or integrated marketing for enterprise tech or SaaS.
• Strong writing and storytelling across formats (web copy, decks, thought leadership).
• Ability to translate complex technology and AI concepts for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Bring CS/PS to life by translating programs into customer-facing content.
• Write and maintain CS/PS web copy and service catalogs.
• Create pitch decks and Gartner MQ-ready content; support field sales materials.
