Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Director of Customer Success Content to lead the creation and promotion of content across CS, PS and Orchestrators. You will turn complex AI and services initiatives into clear, executive-ready content and build assets that help sales, field teams and customers understand the value of Genesys offerings.

The role blends writing, strategy and hands-on production, with responsibility for web copy, decks, campaigns and customer stories that demonstrate measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B content marketing, product/services marketing or integrated marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology and AI concepts for executive and customer audiences.
• Strong writing, interviewing and storytelling skills; able to shape customer stories as needed.

Responsibilities

• Bring Customer Success and Professional Services to life.
• Identify innovations and translate them into compelling customer-facing content.
• Write and maintain web copy for CS and PS pages on Genesys.com.
• Build and maintain the CS offer services catalog on Orchestrators.
