Job summary

Proof is seeking a Senior Director, Creditors Rights Service & Delivery to own discovery, scoping, implementation, and filing across new and expanding accounts. Build and run the function, define the operating model, and scale the infrastructure behind a high-growth unit.

You will work hands-on while shaping the team, collaborating with Sales, Litigation Support, Product/Tech, and Legal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Deep subject matter expertise in Creditors Rights practice and procedure.
• Proven experience building operational process from scratch.
• Experience leading and scaling delivery teams in legal services or legal tech.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships tied to filing.
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed structure with Product/Tech.
• Strong project and process design skills.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and bias toward action.
• Experience partnering with Sales on new business implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own remote discovery, scoping, and implementation for all new and expansion Creditors Rights accounts.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Creditors Rights service delivery, translating legal and procedural nuance into scalable operational process.
• Design, document, and refine the end-to-end workflow from discovery through filing.
• Own remote research into new suit and affidavit filing requirements across jurisdictions.
• Build infrastructure (workflows, tooling, documentation, training) to scale the business.
• Establish quality control, SLAs, and productivity benchmarks.
• Partner with Sales on new business handoffs with clear scoping and expectations.
• Own vendor-managed filing relationships and escalation management.
• Manage caseload and client escalations when needed.
• Report delivery performance, bottlenecks, and scaling readiness to senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Litigation Support, Server Network, and Product/Tech.
