Job summary

Credit Benchmark is seeking a Sales Director to expand our Americas, with a strong focus on structured credit, insurance, and asset managers. You will quantify and grow your territory by identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing opportunities, backed by a proven playbook and expert support.

Based in our New York office with a hybrid pattern and possible London placement, you will leverage relationships to drive expansion, build partnerships, and collaborate across Product, Legal,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience selling SaaS solutions into financial markets
• Strong understanding of credit risk analytics, fixed income solutions or capital market services
• Proven ability to generate leads and develop client relationships
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and driving best practices
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead sales cycles from initial outreach through to contract with senior stakeholders across regions and verticals
• Develop a focused list of high-value accounts aligned to ICPs across the buy-side
• Coordinate with UK/EU Sales Directors to align go-to-market efforts
• Develop deep segment expertise and become a market-visible advocate
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver tailored value propositions
• Own a data-driven pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene and clear forecasting
