Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Director to drive revenue growth for its Compliance, Investigations & eDiscovery practice in the United States. The role emphasizes investigations, proactive compliance, forensic accounting, expert testimony and dispute support, with a cross-border reach and a focus on client-focused messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 7+ years of related experience in investigations, compliance, disputes, forensic accounting or consulting services.
• Experience building pipeline through outreach, campaigns and events.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with digital forensics, eDiscovery, data analytics and AI-enabled review.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue through business development and close collaboration with regional leaders.
• Develop new opportunities across investigations, proactive compliance, forensics and disputes.
• Create top-of-funnel opportunities by mapping buyers and prioritising prospects.
• Position Control Risks as a multidisciplinary partner across investigations and compliance.
• Contribute to campaigns, client briefings, webinars and events to generate qualified opportunities.
• Prepare bespoke collateral and client pitches with marketing and practice leaders.
• Support pursuit strategy and manage client needs from outreach to proposal stage.
• Leverage CRM and campaign data to monitor pipeline and momentum.
