Proof is a remote-friendly, high-growth legal tech startup. You will own post-contract relationships for creditors' rights accounts, from onboarding to ramp, retention, and expansion, with new logos assigned throughout the year.

You’ll manage multi-state workflows, audits, and SLA-driven performance to ensure client success. The role emphasizes organization, proactivity, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, solutions architects, and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or client services in a B2B environment.
• Experience with creditors’ rights law firms or in legal services preferred.
• Strong organizational discipline; keep notes and CRM up to date.
• Clear, direct communication with partners and ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and scoping with new accounts and set milestones.
• Maintain regular account health checks and SLA adherence.
• Identify expansion opportunities and manage renewals.
• Develop deep platform familiarity and end-to-end workflow knowledge.
