Proof's Creditors Rights team is scaling rapidly. As Senior Director, you'll own the operating model from day one, guiding discovery, scoping, and implementation for accounts, while building the function from the ground up.

This role offers remote work within the United States and a chance to shape core processes. This is a full-time, salaried position with compensation $175,000-$250,000 based on experience and location, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability

• Proof's Creditors Rights business is scaling quickly, and we're looking for a builder to own delivery end-to-end.
• As Senior Director, you'll define the operating model and execute against it, working hands-on while the function is still taking shape.
• This is a chance to build the infrastructure behind a high-growth, mission-critical part of our business from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Own remote discovery, scoping, and implementation for all new and expansion Creditors Rights accounts.
• Design, document, and continuously refine the end-to-end workflow from discovery through filing.
• Establish quality control, SLAs, and productivity benchmarks for a function that's still being built.
