Job summary

Proof, a technology-enabled legal services platform, is hiring a Senior Account Executive for its Creditors’ Rights and consumer collections division. This remote role targets enterprise buyers, with responsibility for end-to-end sales, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and large annual deals in a highly regulated space.

You will manage a strategic outbound motion, build executive relationships, and drive revenue growth across major debt buyers and law firms nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience selling into creditors’ rights, consumer collections, debt buying, legal services, or regulated industries with complex compliance.
• Demonstrated track record landing and expanding enterprise accounts with deals >$200K and 6+ month cycles.
• Ability to discuss creditors’ rights processes and engage law firms as peers.

Responsibilities

• Own named account list of top creditors’ rights law firms and major debt buyers across states.
• Develop and maintain a 12-18 month pipeline with 45-60 day senior-level touches.
• Lead consultative discovery with senior decision makers to surface workflow bottlenecks and risks.
• Negotiate and close enterprise pricing and multi-year, volume-based agreements.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
• Partner with Account Management for onboarding and ramp milestones.
• Represent Proof at industry events and host executive meetings to deepen relationships.
