Job summary

Proof, a high-growth startup in legal tech, seeks an Enterprise Account Manager to own post-contract relationships for Creditors' Rights accounts. You take the handoff from sales at contract signing and lead onboarding, ramp, retention, and growth across multiple states with thousands of cases monthly.

You will maintain regular client communications, conduct monthly reviews and enterprise QBRs, monitor SLA adherence, surface risks early, and pursue expansion opportunities while negotiating

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or client services in a B2B setting.
• Experience with creditors’ rights law firms, or legal services space preferred.
• Strong organizational discipline and note-keeping in CRM.
• Clear, direct communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset to surface issues before crises.
• Comfort with operational complexity and multi-account management.
• Ability to learn new legal/regulatory frameworks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and scoping: lead onboarding after contract signing, define state footprint and reporting cadence.
• Retention and account health: serve as main contact, conduct monthly reviews and enterprise QBRs.
• Expansion and growth: identify opportunities, negotiate scope expansions, and manage renewals.
• Platform fluency: learn Proof capabilities, end-to-end service workflow, and jurisdiction rules.
