Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s CRE practice seeks a Director to lead strategy and execution across corporate real estate engagements. You will guide teams on operating models, portfolio and occupancy strategy, and CRE IT/digital workplace initiatives, while managing client relationships and delivering innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business-related field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Credible, related work experience, supporting business development and driving delivery of strategic projects for a large client or set of clients in the field of corporate real estate, management consulting, workplace consulting, or technology consulting.
• Knowledge and experience in at least three of the core corporate real estate consulting disciplines of operating model design, organizational design, and service delivery, as well as portfolio, workplace, occupancy, location, sustainability, technology, digital workplace strategy, and M&A/Divestiture support.

• You will manage and execute projects across all sectors, supporting client service teams across a national practice.
