Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution CRE practice offers a path to influence high-profile corporate real estate projects. As a Director, you will guide strategic and operational CRE issues, coordinating with leadership and client teams to deliver innovative solutions.

You will oversee multiple engagements and mentor staff, while maintaining a strong client focus and business acumen. The role requires broad CRE knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Credible experience supporting business development and delivering strategic projects.
• Experience with operating models, organizational design, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CRE strategy projects for large clients across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver innovative real estate solutions.
• Develop proposals, presentations and client-facing materials.
• Mentor junior staff and manage engagement teams.
