Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 12+ years of corporate legal experience in sophisticated settings.
• Experience with SEC reporting, governance, and public-company obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting and disclosure for Form 10-K/10-Q and proxy materials.
• Advise leadership on governance matters, policies, and board affairs.
• Coordinate internal review processes for SEC filings and governance docs.
• Support subsidiary governance and strategic corporate initiatives.
