• Extensive experience with SEC reporting and disclosure processes.
• Strong governance and board materials experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting and disclosure for a public company, including 10-K/10-Q preparation.
• Support governance processes for Board of Directors and committees, and related materials.
• Oversee subsidiary governance and corporate structuring initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, HR and executives on governance matters.
