Qualifications

• 12+ years of corporate legal experience in a sophisticated setting (law firm and/or public company).
• Strong experience with SEC reporting & disclosure (10-K/10-Q) and governance.
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders and manage complex matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance processes for the Board and committees; prepare agendas and materials.
• Oversee SEC reporting, disclosure controls, and related filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Support subsidiary governance and strategic corporate initiatives across functions.
