Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks a Pharmacist Care Manager to oversee Contact Center and Clinical Operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, and patient-centered processes.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive performance metrics, and develop new workflows aligned with regulatory and accreditation standards. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while maintaining high-quality patient care and continuous improvement culture across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, implementing and enforcing new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Experience as an Operational Manager or leader of a large mail order/clinical operation.
• Expertise establishing and improving complex workflows within a large operation.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation and managing workflows.
• Expertise maintaining pharmacy compliance with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Experience using analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker) to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
• Ensure metrics for efficiency, service levels, and quality for prescription processing are met.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team, focusing on patient experience and quality.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Create and enforce new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory requirements.
