Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Director, Facilities Maintenance and Retail - Climate Control to provide strategic leadership for the Climate Control Facilities Maintenance team.

You will lead a team of strategic sellers and customer service managers, develop growth strategies, build and maintain key customer relationships, and partner with sales and operational leadership to drive sales and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing required.
• 3–5 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including remote team management.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong people skills and ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital engagement tools.
• Overnight travel as required.
• Valid driver's license and driving history.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety culture within all sales activities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans with quotas and growth targets.
• Create revenue budgets and monitor KPIs for the team.
• Oversee SCRs and foster a high-performing sales culture.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for facilities maintenance.
• Provide monthly leadership visibility on performance and trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen brand and value proposition.
• Negotiate master rental agreements and manage AR aging.
• Manage key customer relationships and expand the customer base.
