Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Director, Facilities Maintenance and Retail - Climate Control to guide strategic sales and operations for the CC segment. You will lead training, mentor SCRs, and drive revenue growth while improving customer experiences across geographies.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to execute cross-functional initiatives, with travel up to 50% and a focus on creating lasting client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 3-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the year.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive leadership.
• Strong training, coaching and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sales initiatives and training for climate control customers.
• Develop and execute 12-month strategic sales plans and long-term growth strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to promote CC capabilities and cross-sell solutions.
• Manage accounts, negotiate terms, and ensure timely payments and AR performance.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals and RFQ responses for complex projects.
