Affirm is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform, owning both end‑user experience and business outcomes. You will define strategy, build and scale a high‑performing product organization, and ensure platform capabilities power rapid growth across geographies and partners.

The role requires extensive product leadership experience, deep fintech knowledge, and a proven ability to drive strategy, execute with rigor, and influence at executive levels.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in product management, with multi‑team leadership
• Experience leading large domains or platforms with meaningful financial impact
• Experience building PM organizations, processes and culture
• Strong product instincts with data‑driven decision making

Responsabilidades

• Own the Card domain end‑to‑end, defining multi‑year vision and roadmap across consumer experience, growth, and economics
• Lead the US direct‑to‑consumer card products (Affirm Cards, in‑app virtual cards) and Card Platform
• Translate strategy into a coherent roadmap spanning multiple teams and systems
• Build and scale a high‑performing product organization with PMs and leaders
• Drive GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for the Card domain
• Shape investment strategy and resource allocation across product areas
• Partner with Finance and Credit to optimize profitability and risk
• Lead platform strategy and execution with APIs, controls, and servicing systems
• Collaborate with Engineering on cost‑vs‑value tradeoffs at system level
• Ensure Card Platform scales across use cases, geographies and partners
• Operate as a cross‑functional leader with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Credit, Legal, Partnerships, and GTM
• Represent the Card domain in executive forums and planning cycles
