Legacy Partners is seeking a Capital Projects Coordinator who will plan, organize, coordinate, and inspect new construction and capital projects across managed properties. The role includes due diligence, budgeting support, and safety inspections.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation to visit property sites.
• Willing to travel as needed to perform company business.
• Experience coordinating projects with contractors, architects, engineers, and management staff.

Responsibilities

• Possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation to visit property sites regularly.
• Willing to travel, as needed, to perform Company business.
• Compose and type scope of work, contracts, routine correspondence, and status reports.
• Organise and maintain files, correspondence, and other records.
• Investigate and diagnose residential service requests and route to contractors.
• Interface with architects, engineers, inspectors, and management as needed.
• Coordinate vendors to meet capital project deadlines.
• Prepare timelines, historical records, and statistical reports.
• Arrange meetings, agendas, facilities, and transcribe minutes.
