Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking a Capital Projects professional to plan, organize, coordinate, and inspect all capital projects across multifamily properties. The role involves due diligence, assisting with budgets, generating status reports, and coordinating safety inspections and training as needed.

You will consult on incidents such as water intrusion, mold, lead, asbestos, and other substances, while relieving officials of clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for site visits and travel as needed.
• Experience with capital project management or real estate development is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation to visit property sites regularly.
• Willing to travel, as needed, to perform Company business.
• Compose and type scope of work, contracts, routine correspondence, and status reports.
• Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and other records.
• Investigate and diagnose residential service requests and route to appropriate contractors.
• Interface with architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, and management staff.
• Coordinate vendors to meet deadlines in the completion of Capital Projects.
• Conduct research, compile, and type timelines, records, and statistics.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve facilities, and record minutes.
• Make copies of specifications, research, and printed materials.
• Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence including email and faxes.
