Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking a Director, Facilities & Capital Projects to provide enterprise-level leadership for the physical condition, safety, reliability, and regulatory readiness of senior living communities. You will support leaders in maintaining safe, well-maintained environments for residents, families and staff while upholding facility standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in facilities, building operations, or similar roles.
• Experience leading multi-site facilities, budgets, and vendors.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and grounds to ensure safe, functional properties.
• Lead Life Safety, regulatory readiness, and survey preparation.
• Manage capital projects, renovations, and vendor contracts.
• Develop operating and capital budgets with leadership.
• Mentor maintenance directors and housekeeping leaders.
