Job summary

Legacy Partners seeks a Capital Projects Coordinator to plan, organize, coordinate, and inspect all capital projects across multifamily communities. You will inspect sites, generate punch lists, assist with due diligence, and help prepare budgets and status reports.

The role involves travel to properties and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors. You will also train staff on safety and oversee service–change processes, while performing related clerical tasks as needed to

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel as needed to perform Company business.
• Interface with architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, and management staff.

Responsibilities

• Possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation to visit property sites regularly.
• Willing to travel, as needed, to perform Company business.
• Compose and type scope of work, contracts, routine correspondence, and status reports.
• Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and other records.
• Investigate and perform a diagnosis of residential service requests and route any commercial service requests directly to the appropriate contractors.
• Interface with architects, structural engineers, contractors, building inspectors, building engineers, and management staff as needed.
• Coordinate vendors to meet deadlines in the completion of Capital Projects.
• Conduct research, compile, and type accurate timelines, historical records, and statistical reports.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and record and transcribe minutes of meetings.
• Make copies of specifications, research, punch lists, correspondence, or other printed materials.
• Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
