Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Manager, Construction and Capital Projects to lead large-scale construction and capital improvement programs from planning through turnover. You will serve as the Owner's representative, oversee procurement, safety, cost control, and schedule management across multiple sites.

The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, traveling to job sites to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience managing industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or capital improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from concept through construction completion.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, budgeting, site evaluations, and schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders during design development.
• Develop project scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.
• Identify project risks and establish mitigation plans.
• Oversee all construction activities from mobilization through final completion.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on sites.
