Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign operations in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to build scalable campaign production models and automation.
• Strong understanding of personalization, audience targeting, and customer journeys.
• Experience managing internal teams and external agencies or services.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy and governance.
• Build a production model combining internal teams, self-service, and external resources.
• Establish templates, workflows, and reusable components to accelerate marketing cadence.
• Improve timelines, velocity, throughput, quality, and predictability of campaigns.
• Own capability roadmap for personalization and automation in marketing campaigns.
• Lead governance and performance monitoring for campaign platforms and data quality.
