You will drive scalable campaign production, automation capabilities, and partner with Marketing, Revenue, Digital, and Product to align investments with growth goals.

The role is remote with occasional travel, reporting to the VP of Marketing Operations, and requires building a high-performing team and modern campaign

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign operations, incl. leadership.
• Experience building scalable campaign production models.
• Ability to translate business needs into tech/process/workflow solutions.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to manage internal teams and external resources.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy and operating model.
• Build a production model with internal teams, self-service, and external partners.
• Establish planning standards, templates, and reusable components for campaigns.
• Drive timelines, velocity, quality, and predictability of campaigns.
• Lead governance for platforms and integrated systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront).
• Lead a distributed team and develop a center-of-excellence in marketing operations.
