Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or related marketing technology.
• Proven ability to build and operate scalable campaign production models.
• Strong understanding of personalization, segmentation, and customer journeys.
• Experience translating business needs into technology, processes, and automation.
• Proven track record of improving campaign velocity, quality, and time-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy, operating model, and processes.
• Build a production model using internal teams, self-service, and external resources.
• Establish planning standards, workflows, templates, and reusable components.
• Drive metrics on production timelines, velocity, throughput, quality, and predictability.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to accelerate time-to-market.
• Provide governance for platforms and integrated systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Workfront.
