For our client, we are seeking a Director, Business Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own the strategy and prioritization of business applications, with a particular focus on aligning technology investments to operational needs and measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with functional leaders to define problems, assess options, and translate needs into clear delivery plans. The position also has a strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflow improvement, governance, and disciplined decision-making across build, buy, and configure choices.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $211,085 – $272,591 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a business-aligned application roadmap and investment portfolio.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to define business problems and expected benefits.
• Conduct transparent prioritization and portfolio reviews, communicating trade-offs clearly.
• Build a prioritized portfolio of AI and automation opportunities across workflows.
• Lead decisions on build-versus-buy-versus-configure for AI solutions.
• Establish standards for user acceptance testing and value realization.
• Develop a learning-oriented team with strong consulting and engineering capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise applications or business systems leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and integration with finance processes.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Experience in AI-enabled business workflows from discovery to production.
• Understanding of data governance and secure application lifecycle practices.

• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
